Philip Cooke is a Managing Director in institutional sales.

Prior to joining JMP, Philip served as a Director in institutional equities at Credit Suisse, where he oversaw the west coast sales effort. He was previously an analyst at Ascend Capital Management, where he focused on business services and healthcare companies. Philip has also worked in institutional equity sales at Morgan Stanley; at Dillon Read and its successor firms, Warburg Dillon Read and UBS; and at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Philip holds a BA from the University of San Diego.
