Peter Bussi is a Vice President and senior research analyst covering infrastructure software and services.

Prior to assuming coverage of the software industry, Peter served as an associate research analyst at JMP following the semiconductor industry. Previously, Peter spent five years in sales and business development at Hewlett-Packard, where he was responsible for driving HP's strategic alliance with BEA Systems. He also spent two years in sales and channel management at Reef, a provider of Java-based software applications, and three years in the semiconductor industry managing sales and distribution channels.

Peter holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BSC in finance from Santa Clara University.
